Mentorship Process
1. Matching:
• Mentorship Coordinator pairs men based on compatibility, spiritual maturity, and areas of focus.
2. Kick-Off:
• Initial meeting to set expectations, goals, and a growth plan.
3. Ongoing Engagement:
• Weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one check-ins.
• Focus on Bible study, life challenges, and spiritual growth.
4. Evaluation:
• Quarterly check-ins to assess progress and realign goals.
Chapter Operations
Meeting Structure
• Frequency: Chapters meet weekly or bi-weekly.
• Format:
• Opening Prayer
• Study Session (Bible study or curriculum-based discussion)
• Accountability Groups (smaller, intimate groups for sharing and growth)
• Mentorship Updates (check-ins on mentor-mentoree relationships)
• Closing Prayer and Next Steps
Location:
• Meetings should be held in neutral, welcoming environments such as homes, churches, or community centers.
